- No physical or water damage.
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage or incorrect item.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Please record a full unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened. This helps us verify your claim and speeds up the process.
- The video must clearly show the package, seal, product, and any issue faced.
- Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Refund

2. Share your order number and unboxing video.
3. Our team will verify and guide you through the process.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and the product is received back, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
